Measure across your palm from the thumb–index web to the outer edge of your hand.
Choose by palm width. Consider one size larger for fuller hands or if you prefer a roomier initial fit.
The leather and insulation can feel snug at first.
Remove the batteries from the gloves before charging. The charger indicator is red while charging and green when charging is complete.
Do not wash leather gloves in water. Dry them thoroughly after use so moisture does not remain inside. Everyday water resistance does not mean the gloves can be immersed.
Warmth may feel different between the gloves in automatic mode. Compare both gloves in the same manual mode and environment. Contact the seller if an issue persists.
